This space is dedicated to the companies that wish to invite and receive clients, partners, collaboraters to live an original night in a friendful and qualitative atmosphere. Every night, you can rent 1 to 3 tents (for 15 to 50 people). A tent can be customized (banner, kakemono, etc...). a company can privitize one night by renting all the tents and, if not, share the night with other companies. 150placesc’est la capacité de l’espace dédié aux entreprises.
Guitare en Scène make 10 tents available, organized and of 25m2 in a privileged space on the site of the festival. Each tent will allow you to invite up to 15 people. You will also be able to enjoy a shared patio of 100m2, place of exchanges and meetings.
3 people are dedicated to you. They'll welcome those you invited with a glass with champaign at your private bar. A cocktail restauration will be served by a caterer to go with this qualitative welcome.
Those you invite will have a private entrance to the site of the festival, through the company space. They also will be able to access a private space in the terraces to be assured to have seated seats and to attend the show in the best conditions possible.
